Out (pick up) or delivery orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.  Large orders with serving services must be placed 48 hours in advance.  $400 minimum for delivery buffet dinners please or a 18% delivery fee for orders under $400.  25 % (refundable) container and tray deposit added to all orders necessary, in which 25 % deposit will be refunded after all catering containers and trays are returned to Mi Hacienda. Or you may choose a 5% Container and packaging fee in which we will use disposable trays.  VA sales tax will be added to final price.  If you require serving staff we may provide servers which will provide all serving utensils necessary including warmers & serving tables and they will clean up after the event this will come at a cost of twenty dollars per server/per hour with a minimum of two servers and NO 25% deposit is necessary.  We also offer disposable plates, cups and eating utensils for an additional 5% fee or white china, clear glasses (wine, champange flutes, & other styles), & heavy weight silver ware for an Aditional fee.  For catering orders of  $2000.00 or more there is no charge for servers.  For any Questions Please call Javier at (804) 560-6994
