For Your Special Event

Weddings:

          At Mi Hacienda you can create the perfect memorable wedding experience that you have dreamed of.  You and your guest will enjoy the unique Spanish architecture surroundings that are ideal for a beautiful wedding.  Mi Hacienda features a lighted dance floor and PA equipment including a full bar that will make your ceremony not only beautiful but also memorable and fun.  We pride ourselves on being able to take care of most headaches you may encounter in your wedding planning. 

          All of our private packages include elegant ice sculptures, table and chair linens, and some floral arrangements.  We may also provide full service in which our specially trained wedding staff will serve your guest at their seat.  There is no clean up, we will take care of that for you.  We have plenty of onsite parking so no shuttle services, or parking fees are needed.  We are conveniently located only 1/4 mile east of Powhite Parkway on 8250 Midlothian turnpike.

Corporate Events, Company Holyday Parties, Conventions, Class Reunions and Fund Raisers:

     You can plan your next corporate event at Mi Hacienda with our Packages you can enjoy a successful business event and let us take care of you and your guest. We can plan your event with any budget and we can even cater out to other locations with serving service and delivery available.  Large event reservation up to 80 people during operating our is also available.

Platinum Package

This package includes the entire facilities closed to the public and reserved for you and your closest friends and family for an 6-hour event. Plus the following:

Hors d’oeuvres:

50 count shrimp platters (one per 25 guests)
Cheese, Cracker, ham, platters (one per 50 guests)
Fruit platter (one per 50 guests, fruit will be served on a basket sculpted out of ice and refilled once per every 50 guest)

Dinner:

Your choice of entree from our Platinum options menu (Special accommodationsmay be requested for your vegetarian guest)

4 Hour Open Bar for your guest (alcoholic beverages will be served only to guest of 21 years of age and older)

Drinks Included are:
Premium liquors: Jack Daniels, 1800 Gold, Absolut Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Bacardi Rum, Kahlua
Wines : Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Merlot.
Beers: Corona, Miller Lite, Bud Light, Heineken.
Sodas: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mt. Dew, Ginger ale, Mr. Pibb, Sierra Mist, Iced Tea

Toast :

Champaign toast will be served to all adults and sprite for any one less than 21 years of age.

• Choice of Silk Flowers for the water fountain, and hanging baskets

Your choice of entree from our Silver Options menu, which will be served buffet style   (Special accommodations may be requested for your vegetarian guest)

4 Hour Open Bar for your guest (alcoholic beverages will be served only to guest of 21 years of age and older):

Wines: Burgundy, Chabli,

Beers: Your two choices of Dos XX, Miller Lite,

             Bud Wiser, or Bud Light on draft.

Operating Hours Function

This option is for all functions in which the restaurant remains open to the public and is as follows:

Number of Guest:

 We are able to accommodate a maximum of 85 guest
  and a minimum of 25 guest during operating hours.

Location: You may choose from our Bar Lounge area or our
 Indoor Court Yard and even our Indoor Patio

Dinner: 
  You may select any two entrees from our restaurant
  menu Price per person will be determined by your
  selection and cost of soft drink will be factored into
  that price as well as Gratuity and Tax.

Appetizers and Dessert:

  You may select any item from our dessert menu and/or
  appetizer menu. This additional service will be factored
  on to final price

Alcoholic Beverages:

Option 1: You may choose to purchase drink vouchers for
your guest $5 per Liquor or Mixed Drink, and $3.50 per
beer or wine voucher any unused Vouchers may be returned and will be credited back.

Option 2: You may choose a cash bar where your guest may
purchase their own alcoholic beverages. (Mi Hacienda does
not condone underage drinking and will enforce the legal  drinking laws. Any individual drinking alcohol under age or distributing alcohol to a minor will be expelled from the facilities by management and reported to the proper authorities. Signing customer agrees to equal responsibility in enforcing the law)

After Hours:
  You may extend your event to after closing hours
  no later than 1am for an additional charge of $150/hour

Additional Options:
  We may also provide additional services like the use of
  our DJ/PA equiptment ($35/hour), ice sculptures
  ($125.each) and linen services like specific color table
  runners (1.99each), chair covers and sashes ($1.99each),
  for your event.


Price per Person: = ((Highest Priced Entrée Option + $ 1.50 Soft Drink 
Cost + Dessert + Appetizer) + 5% tax) +18% Gratuities
